Changes, Late Arrival and No-Shows
There is a 10-minute arrival grace period. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A no-show has a $45 fee. One rebooking is allowed. After a missed appointment, a new $25 deposit is required.

No refunds. Image results can depend on fetal position, fluid, sleep, cord position, placenta location and gestational age.

A $25 charge applies for each additional baby. Call before booking so the studio can confirm the right appointment.

Elective prenatal visits are for keepsake imaging and do not replace prenatal care. Please ensure you have an order from a physician or midwife before booking diagnostic or vascular ultrasound services.
