Before you arrive
Start with the service you chose.
- Confirm the studio, date, time and service shown with your appointment.
- Pregnancy Confirmation and gender-ultrasound packages list a full bladder. DNA Gender Test and Elite Heartbeat list hydration for one hour before the visit.
- For the DNA Gender Test, the mother is the only person in the testing room and children are not permitted there.
- For 3D/4D/HD facial imaging, the listed best window is 27–34 weeks.
- If you have an ordered exam and the instructions differ from what your healthcare professional told you, call before your visit.
